RutWear Mountain Pack with Field-Functional Solutions
The Mountain Pack with Advanced Field Solutions is designed to organize and
transport all your gear for multi-day backcountry hunting trips. In building
this pack, as with all RutWear gear, our goal was to design a backpack that
helped solve problems that many big game hunters face in the field - the result
was Advanced Field Solutions.
AFS is a smart, efficient approach to managing
the gear that backcountry hunter need. The Mountain Pack is equipped with a bow
carrying system and a rifle carrying system that secures these valuable items
and keeps your hands free for glassing and climbing. Next, we added a sleeve on
the side to secure shooting sticks, as well as a separate top-loading optics
pocket that protects your binoculars or spotting scope and keeps them within
easy reach.
The large main cargo area has seven individual pockets on the front
wall to organize small items. The pack also has a separate hydration pouch
(hydration bladder not included) and shoulder mounting system for the hydration tube. Elastic lashing straps and nylon daisy chain allow
you to strap additional items to the exterior of the pack.
The Mountain Pack is
supported by comfortable neoprene shoulder straps that stretch with your
movement and help absorb shock, plus a padded waistband. The waistband and the
back portion of the pack is lined with moisture-wicking mesh to keep you cool on
long treks.
